Position OverviewThe Financial Accountant manages end-to-end accounting activities for the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with Thai Accounting Standards (TAS) and corporate financial policies. This role involves cost control and analysis, tax compliance and reporting, ERP system management, and cross-functional support. The Financial Accountant also communicates with HQ to provide necessary documentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages general ledger, cost accounting, inventory control, ad fixed asset management as well as ensures compliance with TAS and corporate financial policies
• Performs monthly factory cost allocation and analyzes production variances
• Collaborates with production teams to monitor WIP and inventory valuation accuracy
• Prepares monthly reporting packages according to HQ requirements
• Prepares and submits statutory filings (e.g., VAP PP30, Corporate Income Tax PND50, Withholding Tax)
• Acts as liaison with local tax authorities and external auditors
• Processes daily transactions in SAP or other ERP systems
• Maintains master data specific to factory operations
• Partners with procurement and logistics teams to verify supplier invoices and inventory records
• Works with customer service and customs department for the Certificate of Origin
• Provides feedback on questions and queries from HQ and prepare necessary documentation or analysis

Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years of experience in factory/finance roles within manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
