A small number of Grand Teton Pellet Stoves may experience the malfunction of a single chip on the motherboard. This malfunction does not create a safety issue.
We have found that some of the motherboards on the Grand Teton Collection pellet stoves are having failures. The error does not pose a safety risk. However, to ensure the longevity of our product, we are sending out replacement motherboards to any customers who purchased a unit within the effected serial numbers. The 3 models involved are No.26 Mini Pellet Stove, No.89 Medium Pellet Stove, and No.390 Large Pellet Stove.
